Pallet-box and crates
WBS keeps a stock of pallet-boxes and three types of wooden boxes, which can be delivered to your home address if requested. The wooden boxes are made of 10 mm pressed wood plates and treated according to the wood packing regulations, ISPM 15. If required at destination, WBS will issue a certificate.

Particularly the wooden boxes, but also the pallet-box, are suitable for sea freight. The transport volumes as mentioned in the table above are applicable to calculate costs (please note, for sea freight a minimum charge over 1 cubic meter (1 m3) is applicable).* Keep in mind the wooden connecting pieces inside the box.
** In case we do not hold your booking for International Transport, or if the final destination is within the E.U., 21% VAT* will be charged.
*** The box will be strapped on the pallet in our warehouse. The maximum loading capacity is 350 kg.
Particularly the pallet-box, but also the wooden boxes, are useful for airfreight and road transport. In case the actual gross weight is higher than the volume weight, the charges will be based on the actual gross weight.
Tailor-made boxes
In case you would need a tailor-made box, you can request a quotation by e-mail. The price indication is ca. € 185,00 per cubic meter. Because of the ISPM treatment, the delivery time will be around 7 working days.
Home delivery
Pallet-boxes and/or wooden boxes can be delivered to your home address. The boxes are dismantled in order to save delivery costs, you have to assemble the boxes yourself. Nails and/or screws will be included.
The costs for the boxes and the delivery must be paid prior to sending to your home address.
Below you will find the chargeable weights applicable for delivery; use this weight and your postal code to calculate the delivery costs. Fill in the weight according to the table below.

You can order the boxes by e-mail. Please provide us the following information:
- Quantity and type of boxes
- Name, delivery address and telephone
- WBS-dossier number; (for EU destinations 21% VAT* will be charged).
Our invoice and payment instructions will be send to you by e-mail.
After having received your payment, delivery will be effected.
Please note: at picking-up, the packed box(es) must be ready for easy loading into a truck with a lift-ramp.
